Transwomen always say "not all women have vaginas/breasts/biological feature", but they themselves try so hard to fit that narrative (women have prominent breasts and they have vaginas) with surgeries and hormone therapy.

If not all women have vaginas/prominent breasts/more estrogen, then don't try so hard to obtain these things to prove your "womanhood".

    Also - sex characteristics are totally random grab bags of hormones and body parts and only an unenlightened chucklehead would think they are generally lumped together in any discernible pattern YET SOMEHOW there is an epidemic of "cis" lesbians managing to somehow tell apart the transbians in order to reject them?     This one is one of my "favorites" and it was a big contributor to my peak trans. So women, and especially lesbians, are not allowed to have sexual orientations and boundaries, but MtTs are? Lesbians aren't allowed to be uninterested in MtTs, but MtTs don't have to date each other? I thought that MtTs were women? Hmm...funny how that works out.

    Seriously. Nothing is ever good enough for them. You can't associate womanhood with female body parts, but even if you talk about female body parts without any indication of sex or gender, you're still wrong! That just made it entirely clear to me that above all it's really about little more than wanting "cis" women to shut up.

    The other side of the argument is that, sure, being female isn't all there is to being a woman in modern times either.

    But if gender is also a social construct, then why is womanhood only imposed upon females?

    And if gender is a social construct and social constructs are bad, then they have no leg to stand on.

    I believe the terminology for this is logical fallacy. It sounds good to promote trans ideology to pitch the question of "is a woman no longer a female because she's had cancer and lost her breasts or ovaries?"

    It's designed to trigger thinking that both trans women and women know they are women no matter the state of their bodies.

    But the fallacy is triggered because the woman is still a female because her underlying biology is still female no matter how many body parts you strip away or add to her. And the trans female is still male no matter how many body parts you strip away or add to them as well.

    Even the surgeons that operate on trans people admit that it's not changing their underlying biology.

    It's all done with the aim of gutting female as the very definition of 'woman' when in fact it is necessary for the definition that a person be female. The base idea is to have them define 'woman' for themselves and insert the possibility for a male to wrest that away from women if they so choose.

    Therefore, parts they can modify like hormones to make themselves oestrogen dominant (sort of like a woman), breast implants (sort of like women's breasts) are just fine but if you refer to those things as being characteristics of being female that is verboten. Breaking down woman into a collection of bits that they can possibly have works very well as a tactic, as if you refer to any essential characteristic that defines someone as female they can then exclaim you are being essentialist, when really someone who is born female remains so irrespective of changes in life circumstances.
