This season more than any other recent we witness the difference in support at Old Trafford games (with the exception of few games) and the away support is second to none, with the players and Jose constantly praising it.

This makes me wonder, why the club doesn't group more vocal fans together at OT too. These guys probably go to every OT game too, if they sit together at the Stretford End the home support would be a 100 times better. I have seen Barcelona do this with their more vocal fans recently and it looks nice, they are behind one of the goals at Camp Nou and lead the singing for the whole stadium.

To be honest, i'm not from England and sadly, i've never been to Old Trafford so all this is based on what i see on TV. Maybe some of you are Old Trafford and/or away games regulars and can confirm or disagree with my stated opinion.

They already have a singing section, it doesn't really work.

There's two singing sections in OT, the stretford end is 2nd tier so it's probably away from the microphones. I can't hear them sing as I sit on the other side of stadium but they are singing as I've sat near them a couple of times this season. There's a singing section in the corner near me and I sing as much as I can but I am more interested in watching the game most of the time.

There are obviously tourist fans that come and watch the game that are just taking it all in. I'm going to be honest and say the first few times I went I was quiet as there's thousands that don't sing and if you're in the middle of all of them you probably feel like a twat trying to start singing but I'm now loud and animated.

The guy I sit next to has been going to watch United since the 60's even went to the European cup final in 68 as a 11 year old. He doesn't even sing so not everyone is into that it doesn't mean there's no passionate fans there as I'm surrounded be them.

Should have one area in the stands where quiet hot dog eating fools are kicked out without warning. Tourists should know at least a few chants too if they wanna call themselves United supporters
