I know what you wrote is true, I struggle to focus on other things, our over sexualized society has turned men into horny dogs. I do not blame them, their reward circuit has just been sabotaged. Most of us get hook young on porn, masturbation and sexual fantasies, it is difficult to change, but it can be done. For all the naysayers: try to avoid orgasm for 90 days, then come back here to type what you experienced. I tell you it is a difficult challenge.
