The coalition against ISIS has 62 countries among its members.

According to Belgian Defense Minister Steven Vandeput “The international coalition looks day by day how the situation evolves”, who spoke to VRT news.

The move follows US cruise missile strikes on a Syrian airbase this week. Russia followed with the suspension of the “deconfliction” hotline between its forces and those of the US-led coalition, further deteriorating ties between the two countries.

Twenty of the partners, which include two non-states in the form of the European Union and Arab League, are providing air support or other military equipment. Others, are supplying logistical or humanitarian aid.

At least 15 civilians, including four children, were killed in a suspected US-led coalition airstrike on Saturday near the Islamic State group’s Syrian bastion of Raqqa, according to reports.
