We lost 2 points on Chelsea (no longer considering them a rival this season), Spurs and Arsenal (Who overtook us in 5th).

We gained 1 point on City.

Spurs currently 3-0 up vs Watford

Liverpool away to Stoke

City host Hull

Arsenal go to Palace on Monday

Everton host Leicester tomorrow

We need to better Arsenal's result or score 6 more goals to go 5th, can't go higher than that.

West Brom and Everton were results that, given the circumstances, were entirely shit. But really if you look at just the opposition, you'd say the draw would be an acceptable result. Of course, we've drawn so many times that it wasn't.

But Sunderland. Not winning against Sunderland is unacceptable under any circumstances. They're shit. It's one of those games you should win no matter how badly you're playing, because Sunderland are worse.

I predict a 1-0 win reminiscent of the game last of the same result versus Aston Villa.

If we score early, it could be 3-1 or something

Sunderland have the worst home form in the league and we have the best away form in the league. Also Ibrahimovic is back in the side so I'm very confident about this game.

Must win game to stay in the reckoning for 4th place. even if Europa league does offer an other option to get champions league, we're still a long way off the final.

Hoping to see Shaw start to prove himself to Mou. I remember in his first season here he was one of the best left back in the league for the first quarter of the season

Can't believe I'm going to say this but given how may times we've bottled things in recent weeks and how many times we've seen bang average sides produce cup final-esque performances against us I'm not all that confident about getting 3 points away at bottom place Sunderland. Sunderland have won 1 out of their last 15 matches. Cattermole is back from injuries and has demanded a performance from them against United.

I don´t really see Moyes park the bus against us. I´m hoping for the first comfortable win in ages.
