I read the story about this incident recently where this Bronx woman threatened an African Uber driver of rape/assault because he didn't have an iPhone charger. He had the foresight to record the whole incident.
This reminds me of how easy it is for women to falsely accuse men of such heinous crimes without regard to their (men) future livelihood. It infuriates me to think that behavior like this only results in the woman being called a few derogatory words, while the man has to clean up the broken pieces of his image, trust, and stability.
I cringe thinking that many couples go through this and men feel trapped in relationships due to fear of the potential consequences should they choose to stand up for themselves or move on with their lives alone.
Ever heard of stories like false accusations before? How did it turn out for all parties involved? Was karma/justice ever served for the lying individual?
