Will this get buried by our friends from Shareblue/ctr/ whatever the fuck they call themselves now? I think so!

Have you noticed all the fake space propaganda all over the front page lately? I think someone's afraid.

THANK YOU

This is the kind of thing I browse this sub to see.

"Hillary Clinton is trying to suppress the truth about how the world is flat."

I guess that's what i said. But yeah, you're welcome bud. Stay in school.

Flat earth can only be found under "controversial." That should tell you something. People are waking up, and someone doesn't like it and wants to hide it.

The question: What has the moon to do with the tides? need not entirely be set aside. It is possible that in some at present unknown way this luminary may influence the atmosphere, increasing or diminishing its barometric pressure, and indirectly the rise and fall of the earth in the water; but of this there is not yet sufficient evidence, and therefore the answer remains for the future.

Any thoughts on that?

Sounds like he was just making stuff up... then got lazy.

the rise and fall of the Earth in the water

If the Earth is flat and unmoving, this would contradict that. Also, we'd be tilting wouldn't we since its low tide in one place and high tide in another at the same time?

I just want to know why I can see the moon during the day sometimes. I never got answer, some people didn't even know you can see the moon during the day and searching online didn't really help at all either.

For me flat or round is moot. We live in a simulation whether we live on a flat simulation of a planet or a sphere simulation is detracting from discovering the real reality.

There's this really cool movie about idea. You should check it out.

Oh yeah. Love that movie. Dude has a gun and a car, and points at things.

And even after the "Slot and light experiment" people will still think you are crazy. But fuck science am I right?

He wasted his life if that's the case

A reflector will not throw off cold when heat is placed before it; nor heat when cold is presented. If a red light is received, red light will be returned, not blue or yellow. If the note C is sounded upon any musical instrument, a reflector will not return the note D or G, but precisely the same note, altered only in degree or intensity.

If the moon is a reflector of the sun's light, she could not radiate or throw down upon the earth any other light than such as she first receives from the sun. No difference could exist in the quality or character of the light; and it could not possibly differ in any other respect than that of intensity or quantity.

This is an absurd argument for the red light you see on the moon during an eclipse, the sun sends white light which can then be filtered to the different wavelengths. You can do this yourself with a prism. Or, you know.. look at a rainbow. In fact, all the colors you see right now is the result of white light being absorbed by pigment and reflecting what it doesn't absorb. This is a misunderstanding of science.

I also read through his measurements of the sun and moon. At its lowest point, the sun is only 400 miles from the surface? So the moon must be much closer since you know, eclipses. And he proves this using the exact same trigonometry they say is falsified by Hipparchus..i don't get it

Why does the moon reflect cool light? When the sun shines on earth, look at everything it touches, and you'll see warm light reflected. But the moon is cool. Shouldn't it be warm like the earth is when it reflects the light. I'm talking color temperature like in a painting.
