But my main goal - reducing fine lines around the eye areas - hasn't gotten any obvious results yet (actually nothing is changed) ... I am not sure if I should wait for longer to see the result or it's just not working for me.

It really helps to improve the texture of my eyelids so that I can now wear shimmery eyeshadow again. After I used the first bottle, I didn't repurchase right away because I didn't think it made a noticeable difference; that was until my eyelids started to look more crepey again. I've been an avid user ever since. I also like to use the eye cream as well.
