Lady is upset that her husband doesn't want to fuck her, suggests open relationship, husband gets upset by this and refuses, lady finds him jacking off, gets upset, posts on sub about it, sub starts telling her she is justified in making theirs an "open relationship" (aka cheating on him) since he isn't satisfying her rather than suggesting she be an adult and leave him if she isn't happy.

First, I have seen this same story told by men numerous times on reddit and each time it was shouted down because 'no one is never owed sex' or because he must not be doing enough for his wife to foster her attraction to him. Always his fault. For some reason when a lady is the one lacking action suddenly she is clearly owed sex and the man is awful and not fulfilling his role in providing it.

Second, I've seen this quite a bit lately - Ladies rationalizing infidelity. That's the modern paradigm. Many women feel that if they are unhappy, they are justified in lying, cheating, and doing whatever they want, no matter how sociopathic it is.
