Only western RPG's to deliver this gen have been Witcher 3 and Horizon.Japan and Europe putting America to shame.

Crazy how 2017 has produced Back to back great games then mass effect dropped and I thought the flow ruined but persona came out

Persona 5 can't count towards this year. BoTW instead.

BOTW is action adventure not a JRPG. It has jrpg LIKE elements to it but not enough to technically label it as JRPG
