Ok lets say we are a small country in say I dunno the Middle East. We decide we want to bring down America. So how do we accomplish this?  Well our military is not mighty enough to compete with the US. So we have to come up with something else. Lets systematically destroy this country from within. How do we accomplish this?  Lets go back in history and see how this America was built, what is their base, their backbone?  Their Forefathers started and built the country what it is today. Who were these Forefathers?

White, Christian, Men, with Guns.

So how do we take out the foundation of this country?  We have to breakdown/rid these traits to destroy this country! 

The Plan:

Whites:  We will have to pit the other races against them. Segregation will have to be done away with. We will have to get blacks equal rights.  Without equal rights the blacks wont have a legal leg to stand on against the whites.  We will have to flood the states with, not illegal aliens, but undocumented citizens of other races. The more races against the whites the better.  Bring in from other countries if need be.

Christian:  We shall promote everything that goes against the religion. We will promote sex, drugs, homosexuality, abortion, anti-family, pornography, violence, etc.

Men:  Similar to the equal rights of blacks we will have to get women equal rights. Feminism. Men should have no right to say what a woman does with her body.  Women will be fighting against men for jobs. Divorce will not only promoted but made easy to achieve.

Guns:  They will have to be disarmed. We will demonize guns with the media we own.  If needed we will set up false flag attacks where one kills many with guns, lots of guns. Especially "mass murder" of children.

We shall use blackmail and bribery in high places of their government to get laws passed in our favor. If the citizens come between us and the laws we want we shall use Problem, Reaction, Solution operation. We create a problem ourselves, the citizens will react by demanding a fix for the problem, and we will give them the solution to the problem.  The solution will be the action we wanted in the first place.

If anyone tries to come against us we shall use shame them with past actions against us. We shall shun ANYONE who doesn't use the terms WE want.

When there's lawlessness, rapes, murders, starvation, robbery, homelessness, disease, total chaos, we will swoop in with the only answer to their problems which will be our rule. Order out of chaos.

This is how we will conquer the United States Of America.

Also, you left out a key step. In the final stages of the plan, you leak it to the target population, to trigger an uprising which itself is put down by the target nation or culture.

It's not a country from the middle east. It's the frankfurt school, and they infiltrated the media, major learning institutions and other facets of society, starting in the 1930's..

I like a couple tactical nukes in the ionosphere, destroying all electronics. Then all the cities full of twilightdash-kin and twinkleberry neohipsters run out of starbucks and start eating each other.

My way is cooler. But, ya yours is a solid plan.

Are you kidding us? You want to go back to White christians with guns -and slaves-? You're pulling our legs. But lets suppose. Your plan takes way too long. Lets work with current methods. Steal a lethal, highly effective and contagious virus strand. Difficulty: hard. Kidnap around 5000 children. Difficulty: in USA, easy. Infect them all. Difficulty: peace of cake. And when they are all about to die and highly contagious, drop small groups of them at roughly the same time in every major airport, bus and train station across the USA. Difficulty: if you are not the US army ;) hard. And let the games begin. And please take video. Time period: 2 to 3 months before apocalypse eats us away. Literally. EDIT: Better yet. Return the kids to their families. No need for coordinated drop offs.
