Hi All

Refunds are offered when I have completed the 2200 Little Bit Mores,  I will personally purchase for my own stock, and if any loyal backer wants their reward its ok but will take  time also refunds will be paid in 9 months time,

Trolls or supporters of trolls get nothing as I will charge them for my time reading their defamation, and feel justice is served in that manner.

I have mentioned before, I am in the middle of a law suit claiming as the representing lawyer $750,00 compensation for human rights abuses, the last troll gave me a wake up call and said to myself,  WTF am doing reading this nutter trolls remarks each day while losing money and not paid for my time and why I decided today to go on strike.

I have no regrets about Kick starter when it comes to the hundreds of decent and unreal kind hearted backers I have been privileged to accumulate and have your emails so we can keep in contact and celebrate the many more new designs in the near future, but not sold on kick starter, as its unhealthy to be trolled by nutters each day on kick starter especially when my children read the slander.

Honestly its impossible to make profit from designing from scratch, developing and set up manufacturing and marketing in one hit on kick starter and trolled at the same time, I am down $40,000 of my own cash to complete all projects and not paid for my time.

Kick Starter says they will unblock from sending messages and comments including my other projects in a weeks time which is only punishing my backers and giving me a scape goat to walk away.

I can not answer your comments or messages, updates is the only form communications and is really getting a lot of responses  he he he.

Best regards

Denis

I don't need a refund. I'll be happy to wait for a little bit more. It's a great concept.

Robert - agree completely. I don't want (or care) about excuses (especially any excuse that's not directly related to the process of transforming a piece of titanium into the finished product). That's a sign that the creator got in over his head.

I work in manufacturing safety, so I know making stuff isn't easy. Doesn't matter if people troll you - the measure of you is if you do what you said you were going to do at the outset of the project. Every bit of mental effort you invest in fighting trolls is effort wasted. If I had a nickel for everyone who's made snide remarks about my company's product, I could buy the machines needed to make this tool myself.

At work, when I have an employee that does something that doesn't meet expectations, I don't want to hear excuses why something didn't get done repeatedly. I expect the employee to own their mistakes personally (unless the failure is from poor management, in which case shame on me!) and take appropriate actions to correct what they missed.

What I'd like to see from the creator are specifics about what they're going to do to get this project on track.

Hi haven't been following this saga and to be honest I had written this project off as one that will not deliver. I have backed nearly 200 Kickstarter and Indiegogo projects and maybe a dozen have failed or not delivered. In each case, the death knell starts with the creator starting to list a litany of problems that are all the fault of someone else.

We all face challenges and hurdles in our professional and personal lives, but most people get on with meeting the challenges positively.

Personally, I don't want to hear about court cases, or trolls, or the dog that ate your homework. I want to hear about how you are dealing with the obstacles in order to deliver the project. Why on Earth you would you think we want to read an update about you going on strike?? Have a look at the Heisenberg Tiles project as an example of a creator that bent over backwards, and incurred significant personal costs, in order to 'attempt' to deliver to his backers. Two and half years later it appears that he has finally failed, but as a backer of that project I am reasonably comfortable knowing that he did all he possibly could.

I haven't left any comments on this project before so I can't be accused of being a troll. I would either like the product or a refund. I understand that you are in Australia (like me) so Australian consumer laws apply here - therefore going on strike or simply running off with the Kickstarter funds is not going to work out for you.

      Hey Denis
So sorry to hear that you're experiencing so much stress. Legal battles are difficult but you can get through it. You can do it! You're also a brilliant designer and I would be honored to receive the little bit mores and other products you will design. Please keep in touch. Warmly

Like anyone who has backed even one kickstarter in the past, I realize that patience is the name of the game. I look forward to receiving my Little Bit More when it is ready. Take your time, as I am in no hurry.
