It’s hard for me to write this update as so much to explain with limited resourses to carry out the task at hand, most will know all the parts are made that each one still needs needs to be surface sanded by hand, parts indvidaully matched and assembled then laser welder the Gr5 titanium pin in place X 2200 although I want to re-CNC machine  the Philips screw driver to function better as well as possibly re-EDM wire cut the scissor region by giving a similar and superior design to the new designed patent pending Little Pinch More pictured below.

My other option I can leave them as they are and send as the first production run proto types with faults and do not care about QC or function,  that is not an option I will take.

I have had communications with Kick starter administration recently and have shown their response back to me below

As I have explain the situation about the manufacturing cost that I found an example of this muti tool kick starter project called the B.A.T to explain correctly the true cost of CNC and EDM machining.

Why not manufacture from titanium

The only (somewhat) practical way to make the B.A.T. out of titanium is to start with a chunk of titanium and almost completely CNC machine it. The cost per piece for this was quoted at almost $100. Is there another way to do it for less? We hope so, and will continue to investigate, but there is no way to swap materials with our current process.

We tried to have this made in the US - we really, truly did - but there were no American factories that were willing to take on the project. We were in contact with over 40 manufacturers large, small and local. Even one thousand pieces is considered by many to be a very small order, and almost no one has the capability of blending multiple processes on a single product. 

We were even quoted $135 per piece for just one part of the process (wire EDM). If we needed 40K units we might have been able to justify an industrial order process, but that quantity greatly exceeds our goal.

The B.A.T website  https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1800078419/the-bat-a-coin-sized-multi-tool-with-10-functions?ref=nav_search  gives an idea actually how much  underfunded the Little Bit More project is, the funds I have to work with and set up from scratch the manufacturing procedures, such as tooling designd and manufcatured to secure the parts to EDM wire cut and CC machine, plus tooling for surface grinding blades edges and other jigs for drilling holes, minus the cost of the titanium key ring and the Kick starter fees, the funds left are between $9 USD and $13USD to manufacture the Little Bit More rewards that I have found impossible, I was misguided on the pricing to manufacture by an associate who end up not paying money I gave him to pay the CNC operator for the Philip screw driver part, I ended up paying twice for the Philips screw driver that the QC I trusted this guy with also failed and need to now CNC machine the philips screw driver yet again as mentioned.

However because I honored the CNC payment, the CNC work shop owner has given  unlimited credit and unlimited time to pay him, although he is not wealthy but likes my design, engineering capability and possible future, but most of all we have formed a friendship of total trust as the same with the EDM wire cutting factory who has offered the same, we have now teamed up to develop and manufacture my ideas which normally would not be possible unless a millionaire company to do so and how I managed to afford to CAD draw, develop and manufacture the 6 Little Pinch More prototypes with limited funds.

My answer to Kick Starter administration suggestion "complete the project in some alternate form." is I have invented the Little Pinch More and prepared a Kick Starter project page draught to be viewed and to ask the permission of the Little Bit More backers to make a postive statement on supporting the suggestion to do so on https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/363092515/401918867?token=4e6ecb56 so Kick Starter administration will allow this project to proceed and the profits from that project will be used to piggy back the little Bit More and the Metperial multi tool project final finishing, I will also market the idea to multi tool web sites, if the exposure gets what the idea deserves I will have some profit to be able to travel to visit my wife and children in Thailand.

I will also make spare stock and sell at trade shows with live demonstrations for an income so I can start to circulate manufacturing and produce more new ideas.

I have the manufacturing procedures well organized from the test runs and faults experienced with the Little Bit More.

If the Little Pinch More Kick Starter project is allowed to go ahead,  backers can trade in their Little Bit Mores if wanted and upgrade to the Little Pinch More for a price adjustment.  

If the Little Pinch More project cannot be displayed on Kick starter project , then the Little Bit More project will be suspended for 6 months or more until I raise the funds needed to complete manufacturing cost and the mail cost, the Little Bit More correct low retail  price is $30 USD but I do not mind losing money to honor my original prices given, I am happy with the results of forming a design, developing and manufacturing relationship in China for my ongoing inventions and designs that eventually may make my wife children and I a reasonable income thanks with the help of backers from Kick Starter.    

LAW SUIT $750,000

I have also mentioned a disturbing matter about a law suit I am suing for $750,000 AUD in Perth District court after saving a 65 year old lady from been repeatedly king hit punched to the face and I was  injured saving her life, then wanted police and media to report duty of care negligence, but was instead immediately kidnapped and tortured for two weeks and have been hunted since with reprisals and retaliations to dare take legal action.   

I had a summary court hearing on the 15th of this month by an audio phone call, but the register of the court said it needed to be by audio video because its from China and was adjourned till early next year that has given myself some time without been haunted with nightmares and to focus on my Kick Starter Projects

I have attached the defendants  lawyers Jarman McKenna  company's deceiving letter to me  below, who are employed by the Western Australian State insurance company desperately trying to avoid my claims and hide the ten defendants from public exposure, but I am exposing this gross human rights abuse publicly for the fear of my life and safety of my wife and childfen, hence why I am in China safly out of their needles reach.

  Below is a psychologist email to me on the 15th,  ten minutes before the summery court hearing started that was adjourned, I have known Gregory for well over two years who  Gregory witnessed the defendants brutal horrific reprisals and terrifying retaliations in person when they are hunting me down in Darwin 2500 miles away from Perth were I thought it may of been safe to dare make complaints and take legal action against them, I was dead wrong,  and have found that 5000 miles as the crow flies is a safe distance from the predators.
