Tone Revisted

A while ago I posted that this blog doesn’t sound “like me” to me. Reading over more recent posts, I think I’ve fixed that. The posts now sound like, if not my conversational voice, then the voice of my internal narrative.

I’ve also developed a sense that this is a good place to dump ideas that are kicking around in the back of my head and force them into a coherent enough shape that (1) I can write full sentences about them and (2) if a stranger saw those sentences I wouldn’t look completely insane. The format requires me to give it more thought than if I just tossed the minimal viable kernel of the idea into Evernote.
