Are there any modern tests of manhood we know of? Something along the lines of Surviving the Yomp, but located in the U.S.? Paramilitary stuff is good, but those SEAL adventures are super expensive. I'm looking for something with deeper meaning.

For the record, I've skydived, swam with sharks, spent time at sea, etc.
