He hasn't regressed, is still top class. Not one of the best in the world yet but very good. Yesterday was a great example of what we miss when he doesn't play, we just look so stale. Without Pogba playing, the front 3 look toothless. So long as Mourinho buys players and builds a system that gets the most out of him, then he will be world class next year I reckon.

I believe he is well on his way to his peak. We have seen flashes of brilliance and I think we can all agree he is becoming more settled. As soon as Jose started making comments about him not needed to prove his price he became more calm. He is learning his role and what's asked of him. He doesn't feel the need to be the one man show and prove he was worth it. I think that's something Memphis struggled with. He needed to prove himself made mistakes by taking on too many players. Pogba will become great with us. It's his first season and we've all seen what he can do. He is learning where he belongs and that he's there to make plays with the people around him.

This is somewhat similar to how Ronaldo started at United, flashes of brilliance with a lack of level-headedness that will only come with age and experience in the Premier League. The more that Mourinho builds the team around him, the more he will grow in confidence and ability.

I agree. It'll be interesting to see who Jose brings in this summer if he wants to build around Pogba. Ander looks great with him but I can see someone else coming in to take the Carrick/Fellaini position.

Yeah, it's an exciting summer ahead. As much as we can mope around about this season, it's undoubtable that the next few years are going to be very exciting.

His best years are still to come. 2nd season onward is where we will start to see him at his peak. He's had a lot to live up to, quite unfairly with the price tag. Without him playing, we completely lack control and have fewer chances, we saw that against Rostov in the second half, Boro and WBA yesterday. He could have had a lot more assists if the perfect chances he's created weren't wasted.

The myth about Pogba being shit is so fucking overblown. He's one of our most important players, he played great since he came barring a few games (the criticism of him disappearing in big match is valid). The reason why he's struggling atm is because Mou played him every game. He's fucking knackered. You can see how shit, dull and uncreative our midfield become without him and Mata. Just look at last match we have like 4 attacking forwards and they played like headless chicken, I have a stroke of last season from all those passings.

Pogba is incredible. And he will only get better. In my opinion he's worth every penny and next season all those shitters from r/soccer will find themselves eating their words
