In other words do the analysis on how many workers in a company or country are
a) a sewage worker, bin man, engineer, etc. ie these are all "productive"
b) how many are HR manager, equality & diversity executive, policy manager, etc etc.
-These are all "non-productive" roles that are paid for by the real productive workers.
I wonder how the gender divide would come out; and on a country level would it determine how gynocentric (and doomed) an economy is?
