Today in the workplace, my coworker tells me that his wife disrespected him by making a snide remark the night before. He then proceeds to tell me that she never apologized for the remark and that either way, she was planning on having a girls night out the following night (tonight). He tells me that since she disrespected him like that, he wasn’t going to tolerate her going out with the girls tonight. I told him she is going to do it regardless of what you say because she doesn’t respect you in the slightest as she makes 3 times more than he does (he is still in school while she already has a degree) among other reasons. Funny how this topic came up as I had a friend tell me his wife went out with the girls to the movies but didn’t get back until really late in the morning. She told him they decided to stop by at a bar afterwards and lost track of time. He asked me if I thought anything went down and I already told him his gut is already telling him the truth. They always look a million dollars when they go out but dont make any effort with you..looking back there were many red flags with me but the biggest one was when she started getting ready at her friends/moms before she went out.i was the oblivious idiot staying at home looking after the kids.never again.
