Sort of, I still like them because the 12 year old in me just won't die haha.

But I do share some of those opinions even if I will still go see a lot of them. Especially Iron Man, that guy can just fuck off... You have your own movies, you have the avengers, you've basically taken over Captain America... don't need to see you in everything. Tying them together can be interesting at first, but at this point it's just stale. Do something different and leave Iron Man to his own movies.

Same with the city-destroyed-in-final-scene thing... There are so many other ways to give a movie that climax, it really doesn't need to be threat of impending human extinction every time. I think that's a big reason why I liked Logan so much too, because very little of it would have made the evening news, unlike blowing up New York.

Also feel that the comedy/funny one liners thing is getting stale too and it's kinda numbing the whole superhero film scene. The R rated ones seem to be the way to go, it's fresher and just a far more interesting take. Logan and Deadpool were miles better than any of the superhero movies I've seen in the last few years. The Dark Knight trilogy was incredible and that had that darker grit to it. I'd like to see more of that kind of style.
