It occurred to me some time back and I thought about again when I was listening to old videos from man woman myth.

Feminism actually gave society an acceptable alternative to the traditionalism model where a man goes to work and supports a wife.

Feminism has compelled women to work. Men in general earn more and spend less while women are the reverse.

It is more socially acceptable now for men to enjoy the fruits of their own labour so long as they go mgtow and don't fuck it up by getting married.

This wouldn't have been possible with the boomers and earlier generations.

You weren't forced to get married during the baby boomer generation. Feminism did not free men, it made women distasteful and disgusting. Society and government still favors women and a chunk of your taxes goes to women. Sure, feminism enabled women, but men always had the choice. You could say feminism made women and marriage undesirable, but I don't think men were freed, we always had the choice.

Everything you have said is true.

Nobody was forced at gunpoint. But the social pressures were a lot greater for men to get married. I see this in my own community.

I got a really good job a few months ago and went from zero to hero. I was living at my granma's and now I have my own place, enough money to save and have my nice things. Women smell success, it's amazing how they treat me now that they know I'm making money. It's not that they're throwing themselves at me, I'm not really good looking or fit, that'd need me to be a millionare, which I'm not, but the way they speak to me, treat me. They actually want to spend time around me. It's hillarious. I let them, I don't mind some attention. But I won't take any unnecesary risks that if it weren't for MGTOw I'd had.
