There really isn't much, but wherever you're staying, just look through the TV channels or just try to find a pub. I recently went to Florence and found the EL game v Rostov on TV, but it took a bit of scrolling.

Well then google ones that do? I just see posts like this everyday on this sub and can't make out why people don't. Actually sorry I'm just in a shite mood, watching United in a foreign country is always such a bizarre/fun feeling, enjoy.
