You weren't forced to get married during the baby boomer generation. Feminism did not free men, it made women distasteful and disgusting. Society and government still favors women and a chunk of your taxes goes to women. Sure, feminism enabled women, but men always had the choice. You could say feminism made women and marriage undesirable, but I don't think men were freed, we always had the choice.

Everything you have said is true.

Nobody was forced at gunpoint. But the social pressures were a lot greater for men to get married. I see this in my own community.
