Nope and Nope. Not a huge fan of his attitude and not sure he can cope mentally and physically with how much less space the premier league has and the physicality of the premier league. Plus he seems like a bit of a cunt.

Please don't embarrass yourself with how hard PL will be. It's definitely not as hard as South American WL qualifiers and the dude owns those. Also, PL isn't the most hardest league by any clear definition.
