You can identify feminists in the workplace even if they never preach feminism. I'll change people's names so they can't be identified. There's Adrienne. She's a little plain looking, but she's always really friendly. You can always ask her a question and she'll help you any way she can. If you say hello, she enthusiastically says hello back. She sees the best in people. She assumes the best of people unless they prove otherwise. She's good at her job and is always looking to improve her skill set.

Then there's Bree. She's good looking, about an 8, but she obviously rates herself higher. If she walks into the break room and you say a hello, she won't even answer back. She looks at you with distain, obviously assuming that your “hello” was really a hidden agenda to get in her pants. She's barely competent at her job. If anything goes wrong, she refuses to take responsibility for it. Instead, she blames others.

I'd bet you it's already obvious who the feminist is.
