Just thought about telling this to you guys as it happens.

It's our lunch break here in this other day at the office.

The marketing office employees (8 women) are screaming to their hearts since 2 hours ago.

The reason? Unknown/because some other colleague of theirs took a day off and they think they "can't handle this amount of work to do"

On the other hand, we guys of the IT office had a great pizza together for lunch and went in our break room to play some table soccer and darts (our office is funny). Some others are just chilling on the couchs.

We are starting our afternoon at work fully refreshed, happy and focused.

The marketing team? Still screaming in a childish way.

We are thinking about reporting this to the cto and main management since they are consistently wasting payed time for absolutely nothing.
