Nature is a cruel beast. She cares not for emotions.

Cultivate that love you yearn for yourself. As is said here, it's the only true love you'll ever find

That romanticizing of life is the cheese inside the rat-trap. Real life is so complex. Men put up with it each time, thinking this will be the last compromise he will make, and then in no time yet another 'you gotta 'man-up'- and do more' and you know what the reward is? deadbedrooms and ridicules from the society.

It seems easy when you are young and hormones are raging- but when you 'settle'- that is when the unraveling of the reality begins. Even the strongest alphas in my family are now fallen: it's like an endless marathon which they kept running thinking that they are winning as long as they are running. If only they had the existential crisis moments and questioned themselves whether it was worth all this!

Do you know what was saving the family all these years? It's that unflinching faith a man had in his wife that she's gonna be always there in his future and it's worth putting any effort for her. Feminism encourages women to 'explore' and 'seek adventure', which shatters the myth that programmed beta believed all this while: personalization of the pussy.

It's really very unfortunate; my grandpa and dad generation toiled their days to keep their women (a little more) happy; current gen gotta do it to keep their women away from straying(which is perfectly justified, because, you know, I didn't give her enough attention).

I really wish all the above are lies. Sadly, they aren't.

Everyone has a different ideal love. But if you ask me, love is just a fantasy. I've only felt it once in a dream... I could never love a real person.
