So p4wnyhof was picked over SuperJJ? Im telling ya, these germans are master trolls

*over SuperJJ and Xixo, two world-class players. He must be really popular over there.

Xixo public behaviour is just embarrassing

So now he and forsen will drop out of the tournament. That is what both of them said right?

could he have rigged it or is that a stupid thought?

That's so triggering, SuperJJ is such an awesome player, I can't believe pawny got picked over him.

If votes were based on player skill, Forsen wouldnt be there as well and Sjow would.

Can't Blizzard check if P4wny wasn't helped by bots? He is famous for using them on twitch and god knows where else...

I don't know that it's Blizzard's responsibility what happens on Twitch. For me, the issue Blizz should be concerned about is his cheating in actual tournaments where he made admin decisions that favored the team he was playing on.

Pony has a huge fanbase both inside and outside of germany. Lifecoach is Lifecoach, Camlann is a fulltime german (language) streamer that while lower numbers, still pulls in 2-3 times the viewers of xixo or superjj, and that with german language only. Neither SuperJJ nor Xixo have anything going for them since they only stream very infrequently and not in german and both dont have huge fanbases.

Since the whole thing is basically a popularity contest the results were pretty obvious really.

Dont forget about Xixo also. JJ and Xixo out over the fake votes of p4wny. I bet thats the reason blizzard doesnt show the votes. He would be the most voted person from all countries by double or triple time the votes.

[–]Pircay [

Inb4 he received more votes than there are hearthstone accounts in Germany

hahahahahaaahah I was posting this too.

let's see if the guys in the german team will do what they promised, that is not going to the global games if pwnyhof got called

Lifecoach really doesn't like pwny, I'll say he won't go.

Yeah Lifecoach doesn't need the opportunity to play in the games and neither does Forsen who said he wouldn't go if Pwny made it in. Both of them are well off and distancing from the HS scene anyway. I can't recall who else said they wouldn't play if Pwny was voted in (that wasn't already voted out like Xixo and JJ).

[–]Durdel [

What is Forsen streaming now? I remember him playing Dota but then he realized he can't get good by playing for a few weeks.

Didn't he quit hearth stone anyway?

No, he quit laddering and grinding for HCT points, he still plays in tournaments.

[–]Durdel [

He still plays it off stream. He won't stream laddering, is what he said. He also played in the team cup with G2.

[–]Eirh [

Who all said that? Right now I can only remember Xixo, who apparently didn't get in anyways.

lifecoach for sure and also another streamer I don't know

I believe even Forsen wrote that, despite being in Swedens team (obviously).

And also people like Forsen who said that he would drop out if Pwny got in.

sintolol and lifecoach really dislike the guy, it's a shame that such a strong roster gets mired in drama. anyone know if c4mlann also has beef with him?

They could make another team and invite MaSsanSC also.

I'm amused that Lifecoach and Wifecoach are on different teams.

A drama? Count me in! /s

With Lifecoach nonetheless. What a lovely group of gwentlemen.

What else did you expect? Beep Boop.

Did Pavel1111 just end up winning due to him sharing a name with Pavel? I really hope that is the case and he is just some rank 14 dude. That would be so excellent.

Everyone eligible had to have a certain number of HCT points I think, so I doubt it was some random dude. But I'm sure sharing a name with Pavel helped him

I refuse to acknowledge your comment as it doesn't further my personal zero to hero narrative that I've already made up in my mind for Pavel1111 the greatest hero(I think it was Slovakia?) has produced since (last hero of same heritage) long may he reign over the other AND LESSER 1110 Pavels.

God this is triggering.

You know Lifecoach and C4mlann are professionals so there is no way they are going to bring up P4wnyhof drama live on stage.

It's really sad because this is supposed to be a community event with the nations cheering for their team and somehow we voted for P4wny who is living in his bubble and bans everyone on twitter and on twitch that calls him out.

c4mlann is one of the most casual pro's, which was most clearly demonstrated in the latest seatstory

I dont see lifecoach accepting the invite. He stoped competive ladder and i dont think he would be thrilled to go there and play with p4wny instead of playing gwent. But Lifecoach is also invited so maybe.

[–]Hermke [

And Wifecoach made it into the Austrian team, so the wife of Lifecoach might end up playing against him, just as Lifecoach playing alongside him (if Lifecoach doesn't give up his spot)!

The most funny thing is his profile picture on this site. Like every single other player has cool, normal looking picture with natural smile but p4wny. He is like: "nah yeah you know I'm gonna be there nasty fucks."

The smile is actually because shortly before taking the picture he had inserted his Heroin suppository.

And you tell Germans don't have sense of humour...

The Germans get SuperJJ and Xixo and instead vote for a viewbotter, a caster and a guy who's quit HS. Good effort boys.

[–]Vadorin [

We could've had one of the strongest teams in HGG, but nooo...

I guess I'll have to find another nation to root for.

Biggest fake on twitch but I'll follow this drama for sure

Well what can we do? Why was he even in for voting in the first place is the question Blizzard come on you call viewbotter pernonalities?

When does that start and we can watch?

Ladies and Gentlemen, is this gonna be a riot?

Maybe!

In Czech Republic national team, we also have chosen one popular streamer and have not even national champion there. I'm curious if there are more countries with similar choices because of their respective fanbases.

Well shit, i was trying to pick a team to support (my country isn't in there).

With no SuperJJ I'll have to root for the Russians.

Can someone please explain to me why all the hate on P4wnyhof?

Notorious viewbotter.

I think people are more angry about when he was an admin for a tournament and rigged it so his own team advanced

Is it proved?

No, of course not. This is reddit and they have prejudged.

Yes, multiple times over in many different ways. Google it.

The guy is a complete and total scumbag.

Before his streaming hs carrier he was member of some bot forum and ask for bots and cheats or something along that.

People also think he is obnoxious (he kinda is), but than again when I had the choice between him and Forsen in the morning hours I watched him.

Because he's a grade A, shit-eating, fake-ass scumbag.

Weird stuff is very kind wording. You mean he was an admin for the tourney while also being on a team competing and rigged points to let his team into playoffs

I guess people will accuse p4wnyhof for using bots to get this spot (and rightfully so), but how the hell did C4mlann get through? I'm really surprised and it makes no sense to me.

The whole concept of splitting teams into nations is kind of stupid in my opinion.

That's literally what happens with every other sport with national teams

because almost all big sports are team games, Hearthstone is 1v1...

and Hearthstone isn't a sport. sports are widespread enough that people can stick to their national scenes and still have more than enough community. Hearthstone is internationally connected.

[–]Vemmaren [

Your argument against his opinion is that every sport that splits teams into nations... splits teams into nations? That's just his opinion, it doesn't have to be the popular one. I also think it's stupid that players who hate each other have to be on the same team because they come from the place.

Rivalry between 2 players/teams from the same nation is common and can be be quite fiery like in soccer for example, this doesn't prevent players from performing good when called to play in the same national team without constantly shitting on each other

That happens in every sport... in Spanish Football Team Sergio Ramos hates G. Pique and they play in the same national team.

Hearthstone isn't a traditional sport, isn't it. The nation division makes in "real sports" kind of sense in that sport organization get state funding and are official organizations within this state. National teams are the biggest level of that overall sport organization.

You don't have anything like that in Hearthstone, nation teams are simply determined by your passport, not even by belonging to an organization/club in the country.

[–]Brewmaster_Holsten [スコア非表示]  (0子コメント)

Not like the voting selection was that great to begin with. I would've liked to have seen Gaara and Senfglas alongside Lifecoach.

Oh welp...

P4wnyhof picked over SuperJJ. That surely makes sense.
