Tips to be oblivious of women? (self.MGTOW)

Virgin beta guy here. Been studious. Decent engineering job. Would have gladly become a nice beta bux slave. Not anymore, thanks to you guys. MGTOW philosophy is clear and logical when I'm alone. But as soon as a beautiful girl comes, heart starts pounding and my lizard brain hums with NALWAT thoughts. I wish I could be completely oblivious about women and be a MGTOW monk, focused on my health, finance and knowledge.

Do you guys have such occasional NALWAT thoughts. Any tips to internalize AWALT and keep the lizard brain in check?

Congratulations on your realization and freedom. I and many other have learned that if you delve into porn and other things it's like pouring oil on the fire and you burn up and then burn out. Who knows? You might even get yourself a kid or an STD along the way, as well. I'd say meditate and pray and go no Fap. That is, no masturbation. The libido will go to sleep. Avoid porn. Be free and become acquainted with yourself again.
