So I'm at a buddy's house for a friend of his wife's 40th birthday party. It occurs to me that on this sub, I could just stop right here and almost everyone would already know what I saw.

Her 3 year old son is almost completely inarticulate... poor verbal skills bordering on gibberish. He talks back to another female and is sent to bed with no supper by these cunts. He can be heard clearly crying his little eyes out in a back bedroom while we gather for dinner.

Not only does mom not even go to talk to him or at least check on him, she's telling us she is glad he's not there because she is tired and it's her birthday... I shit you not.

She goes on chatting through dinner about how she is surprised he was born because she has had more than a dozen miscarriages. The females at the table all nod in understanding and sympathy, and I'm apparently the only one there who understood that she was talking about abortions, not miscarriages. This twat is fishing for sympathy for murdering dozens of her own children, while the little boy who lived screams bloody murder in the background... it was fucking surreal.

I'm unsure if I'm more shocked by everyone accepting shit like this, or that I used to be one of them.
