Morning brothers. Just a reminder that relapse happens and it's vital we don't let it weaken us.

I was doing great. Reading. Meditating. No interest in women. At peace. Then one night an old fling text me and it was bad timing. I was feeling lonely. Weak. Foolish enough to allow myself to think that this time it would be cool.

Wrong.

Within a day I was distracted. Angry. Mistrustful. Off my game. Started talking to other previous flings. Feeling hope.

Wrong.

Two weeks later and I'm still trying to regain my balance. That inner peace is clinging on by its fingernails. Old angers are blooming again. I'm doing everything I can to refocus. Dropped all women. Blocked them all. It's a valuable lesson.

Vigilance. 24/7. Wish me luck bros. I have to rebuild.
