I think it's more to do with affirmative action. So it's more "REEE THEY ARE HIRING PEOPLE WORSE THAN ME BECAUSE THEY ARE BLACK" than "REEE BLACK PEOPLE ARE WORSE". I'm not sure how true the former statement is, since i am not american, but i have to assume it's about as true as the latter.

That's interesting, seeing as how Scandinavia is a popular destination for Somalian refugees and the high number of Scandinavian immigrants who settled Minnesota. I doubt there's a connection there, probably just a coincidence, but still interesting.

Honestly if I were to guess it's probably our welfare system. We have a really good welfare system and that's a must for anybody in the position of a refugee. But I somehow doubt that's the only reason, and I'm not 100% positive on that.
