Do subreddits still auto ban users for subscribing to subredditcancer?

Linked this to a friend but don't want her to be auto banned from subreddits lol

They won't know you subscribed here, but you could get auto banned for participating here. But any subreddit that would auto ban for that isn't worth participating in, anyway.

I'm not aware of any sub that punishes people for posting here. Believe me, I'm sure we would have heard about it.

The guy who told me about this subreddit told me about people autobanning for being here or something. I can't remember what subreddits he told me about though
