Some of mine would be:

1. No alcohol nor drugs. No junkie or hippie running crazy in my crib.
2. No party/club girl. No chad leftover for me, thank you very much.
3. No fatty. If you can't stop eating, then fuck outta here.
4. No feminism/left wing bullshit. No nagging and arrogant for me, thank you very much.
5. Woman will live at her own place. My shit is my shit, your shit is your shit. No socialism in my crib.
