New Atrophy Grimoires of the Maergzjiran Cabal

Greetings,

We hope this message finds you well. July marks an extraordinary release month for two highly anticipated grimoires... Rites in the Thirteen Tongues and Gravelording. If you are not familiar, Rites in the Thirteen Tongues takes the reader on a very in-depth journey into the depths of Maergzjirah whereby powerful rites and invocations relating to every Spirit and Demon Patron and Patroness of each Tower of Apotheosis is explored; granting hundreds of potent spiritual forces to call upon for virtually every necessity. The formation of this tome has taken the Grandmaster of the Cabal, Somnus Dreadwood years to compile; having attained a personal blessing and mandate from each of the Spirits of Maergzjirah.

Gravelording is an intense instructional manual of necromancy which guides the reader though the process of creating a personal base of operations within the boundaries of a necropolis and therein amassing an army of spirits and undead entities to serve you. This has been a work which has taken years of exploration, theory, and experimentation to perfect. Written by the same author of Liber Hirudo, practitioners of necromancy will be delighted with yet another addition to their arsenal.

We are also very excited to begin taking pre-orders tonight for two Tower of Atrophy grimoires. Spiritus Libro Mortifero and Autem Libris Iratusque Mortis.

Spiritus Libro Mortifero is the Cabal's pathworking grimoire for the Tower of Atrophy. In this detailed tome, the reader and Disciple is taken through the path of apotheosis through this specialized Tower which focuses on necromancy, summoning spirits, soul trapping, undeath apotheosis, and further aspects of mastery over the death essence. From novitiate to master in apotheosis, this grimoire will be sure to teach you aspects of the craft which you never thought imaginable and will do so in well-taught exercises that are easy to understand and apply.

Autem Libris Iratusque Mortis is composed of the full teachings of Keraktes; the realm of the dead and source of power for the Tower of Atrophy. Herein contained in this massive grimoire are all of the teachings of the Tower of Atrophy which were all entirely specialized and passed down through oral tradition since 1436. Further, it discusses the arte of transfiguration, golems and necromantic reanimation, thanatonic alchemy, living and undead zombies, essence weaving, spirit working, death magick, deicide, sanguine and spiritual vampirism, and it even contains the entire An'dul-Vaerith; the most notorious and extreme grimoire ever composed on the topic of necromancy and grave theurgy. There is far more to the fullness of this tome, but we could go on and on regarding the topics discussed and taught to bestow masterful understanding and ability with these magickal arts. The information from Charnel Whispers and Spiritus Libro Mortifero are only brushed upon in this tome as they serve as independent cornerstones for the overall mastery of the death arts. This tome is limited to the first 250 pre-orders so this will be a very exclusive release.

Ensure to pre-order now while you can so that you can acquire the amazing pre-order bonus relics that come with each pre-order. Check out our GRIMOIRES page for more information and ordering options.

Hail the God Within!

I don't have a tower but I'm literally, as we speak, listening to a video on the Cabal and on another tab is the Disciple packet. Well that gives me a green light lol

The Disciple's Packet should not be online. Someone leaked it and Scribd does not want to remove it despite the Grandmaster's requests for removal.

Somnus Dreadwood brings us this

The graduating class of the Academy Necronomica was assembled as instructed. The Academy's own Mortiorchis Nightshade and his fellow prodigy, Somnus Dreadwood, were sitting in the back of the class, Morty toying with a diminutive skeletal pseudodragon, Somnus poking a voodoo doll so far unchristened. "I swear, whoever comes through that door next is gettin' this doll," Somnus grumbled. They had been waiting for ten minutes, perhaps a grace period for any late students. Just after he had finished speaking, the vampiric head of the Academy walked through the door.

The first one has nothing to do with The Cabal and the Grandmaster.

The second is one is 90% fake.
I asked them about this, when I was not yet a Disciple. This was their reply:
"Greetings,

This story is not real. To tell it simply, there were individuals a few years ago who were removed from the Maergzjiran Cabal and created this work of fiction based on a few real Disciples including the Grandmaster, Somnus Dreadwood in an attempt to discredit our magicks and the Cabal. They did use real things to fabricate this story and even involved other individuals who were not at all affiliated with the Cabal to further try to ruin our good name. We believe the same individuals made fake accounts across the internet using Somnus Dreadwood as their name.

Thank you for inquiring with us as this has become a problem with people who are opposed to us trying to make what we do appear like fantasy stories and games. You can rest assured, we are real and so is all that we do in the Cabal.

Very best regards."

And this thread is about the two Cabal grimoires.

OK so it's just a coincidence his last name is the same as a RPG made-up place? It's also just a coincidence that the 'lich phylactery' name/concept is also present in Dungeons and Dragons?

A mage becomes a lich by means of necromancy, using a magical receptacle called a Phylactery to store the lich's soul.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lich_(Dung...6_Dragons)

So we are clear the pairing of the words Lich and Phylactery came from dungeons and dragons (and fantasy novels). It has no historical reality at all.

lol I missed this howler before.

Oral tradition since 1436. WOW (people actually believe this bullshit?)

Even the word ATROPHY itself isn't that old.

The Cabal was established long before computers and Dungeons and Dragons.

How can you say such things about the Cabal and the Grandmaster, if you never worked with our magicks and never met him in person?
