Can he play a deep role like Carrick? I feel like I've only seen him AM or drifting out right. As things stand right now we've actually got decent options in those postions but if he's versatile enough to play CM and RW i could see him getting some games.

Yes I would like to see him get a chance, we would have to make sure we could give him games though as a year on the bench or even back to the reserves is likely to hurt his development.
