I'll be back in a bit, for some reason my boss expects some actual work out of me today smh

This thread is to add new Tea from teaser 3/5 and 4/5 to yesterdays work.

The goal is to make this post be a one-stop reference document for all the work you put in today.

I thought maybe drag through the ages? Since there's a lot of emphasis on Drag Race being "historic" in modern media. The fan in one of the promos reminds me of Kim's 30s look for their drag history video.

There's lots of ruffles and feathers, and IMO the gowns have materials and styles that look fairly dated.

Just something floating around my head. If.. just saying if... the Promo is not colours in general but (considering the rumours about an Orlando Episode a thing) PRIDE, then there would be two Queens for each of the 6 colours (assumed there are 12 new Queens, as stated by Mama Ru + probably a ruturning one which doesn't need to be necessarily in the promo) . That would mean, that we don't have to chose, whether it's rather Queen A in Red, ruling out Queen B. It could be A and B.

(Hopefully you get what I mean. It's late for me here in Germany (after a night shift) and my English isn't the best.)

You are correct in my opinion. The earliest pride flag had both pink and turquoise on it, so it's possible they are following some colours from that one, or they are substituting pink for red.

I've been so impressed with what we've uncovered today. Seriously, there I was thinking we couldn't possibly dig up much with so many of the queens sharing different items of clothing and just some quick clips of wigs, but we pretty much confirmed half the queens in the cast.

I'm pretty sure Sasha is confirmed to be in the red/pink feather outfit. Here's the pink feathers from the teaser and here's a previous look Sasha has done. side by side here

yeah, and my post above needs a full clean up. my attention is elsewhere at the moment but i'm going to clean it up with better grammar, and based on pre-promo drop info only. I'll go thru everything once more before bed. Tmrw after things die down I'll come back and finalize this for archiving based only on pre-1pm EST knowledge. I'll prob solicit a couple of y'all to proofread it so that it can be archived/referenced forever. The final copy will differentiate between sure things vs. best guesses.

You might be right, I apologise for spreading rumours if that's the case. I just can't think of anyone else who has done similar looks like that in the past. It might be Jaymes or maybe Farrah? It's not just a feather boa because the feathers are on the arms and the main body of the dress. And the latex skirt might be Jaymes but I can't find any hard evidence for that, we only have the similar Kimora skirt as evidence and this one from Valentina which makes sense because it looks like a longer length. I know Valentina is in the teal so someone could've borrowed it.

The only queen I can find is Farrah, who has a hot pink feather robe. But in the clip we've seen there appears to be fabric (satin?) at the front of the outfit. Farrah would have to have her robe closed with some satin showing, and this seems to make it less likely. Maybe it's even Cynthia! It's late where I am so I'm giving up and will find out all the answers when I wake tomorrow...

    Outfit Update (updated as news comes in):

    • Flat-chested queen in a flowing teal dress. It seems to be a darker-skinned queen, but it's not Aja, Shea, Peppermint, Nina, or Valentina. Could it be Ru?

    • Queen in a blue gown, blonde wig and white gloves: Can someone clock this bracelet? It could belong to Jaymes, Charlie, or Eureka.

    • Note that while Jaymes wears gloves, Jaymes' wig appears to be pink with blonde ombre, whereas the queen in the blue dress seems to wearing a wig that is completely blonde.

    • AJA IS CONFIRMED. The coat worn by the queen in the sky-blue short dress matches hers. (clocked by /u/fakehighschoolgf) Also, it's her signature pose. The lavender hair we see in the promo could also be hers.

    • There are thirteen bottles of water seen in the teaser (/u/MatronneGeorgia).

    • The burgundy dress is its own complete dress and is worn by a white queen. The only white queens we do not have outfits clocked for are Jaymes, Charlie, Farrah, and Eureka.

    • Nina might be wearing the sparkly knee-high boots we see multiple times in the video; she likes to wear that type of shoe. There appears to be dark purple skin or fabric just above the boots.

    Who is in the hot pink? It's feathers not fur, so it's not Sasha. Farrah has a thing for feathers and owns a hot pink feathered robe.

    I didn't see anyone commenting this on this thread but Charlie Hides posted a video on her history on ig and Aja posted a photo on IG with the same fucking caption ("what's the t"). Plus both of them plus Jaymes posted photos where they are rocking very colorful wigs. My guess is that they cannot hold the cat in the bag any longer.     No idea. Ru said 12 new queens in an interview with NPR over the summer, but if there were 13 new queens, the number of episodes would make A LOT more sense.

    I just don't think someone's wig necessarily has to correspond with their color, but we'll see. Orange and yellow is a choice, of which there always seem to be a few during the promos, but I wouldn't be surprised to see someone have like blue hair with a green outfit.

    But, I do agree that the orange wig is not Shea.
