Well I think the problem was there was no real discussion that could be done, you essentially just posted an opinion that most of us shared and I guess the sub just gets tired of all the self posts.

Because it was a post 'defending' United against things said by 12 year olds on Facebook.

No one gives a fuck what they think or say or about you 'defending' United against them.

This is a forum for adults to discuss football, not for children to debate nonsense posted by other children on social media.

Fans and the insults they throw around are a part of football (like it or not)

In a lot of fans experience; you can't have a conversation about United without someone, somewhere saying how we pay refs.

My post was meant to open a discussion about this side of football, please don't comment impulsively next time.
