The way that he frequently leaves the pitch early before the end of the half and yesterday before full time just rubs me the wrong way. I don't care what his views are on the way that the Boro situation was handled, he still needs to stay and shake the hands of the new manager. As the manager, he needs to set a much better example.

I think it's a strategic advantage. 15 min is not very long to analyse and convert information to your players. What happens in the last 5 doesn't change what happened in the first 40. He gives himself an exta 5 minutes on opposition managers. It's smart.
