5' Middlesbrough have started the game brighter. We're actually using four at the back with Bailly at right back and Valencia pushed up on the wing.

6' RASHFORD SHOULD'VE SCORED! Rashford bursts past Bernardo and forces Valdes to get down low 1-on-1 and push the ball away.

10' Middlesbrough have had a lot of the possession and are passing the ball well. United haven't really had many attacking opportunities except that Rashford chance.

12' Middlesbrough are passing the ball through and around United with ease and Gaston Ramirez forces De Gea into a good save with a curling effort from the edge of the box. We need to settle this game down.

15' United are starting to grow into the game but Middlesbrough have been pressing well and causing our passes to be slightly sloppy.

22' VALDES IS FORCED INTO TWO GREAT SAVES! Mata crosses to Rashford who only manages to get a foot on it and Valdes saves from point-blank and the rebound falls to Valencia who takes the shot and Valdes saves again on the line with his foot!

24' MANCHESTER UNITED YELLOW CARD Jones gets booked for blocking off Negredo's run. The ref must've thought it was an elbow?

28' United are creating chances now and are having balls flash across the box consistently but no-one is there to tap them home!

29' MANCHESTER UNITED GOAL UNITED BREAKTHROUGH! Young is played through on the left and he cuts back and curls an absolute BEAUTY to the far post that a free Fellaini easily heads past Valdes! 1-0!

32' MIDDLESBROUGH YELLOW CARD Clayton is booked for stopping a quick free kick from being taken and then kicking the ball away.

35' Middlesbrough come close as the ball is threaded through the United defence and Jones slips on the pull-back which almost allows Negredo to tap home!

35' Gaston Ramirez has been incredibly dangerous so far and is by far the most threatening Middlesbrough player.

40' Rashford and Lingard are linking up well and Rashford is leaving Bernardo in his dust every time he runs through. Valdes smothers the latest attempt at a cross from the by-line.
