Which is odd because we live in a social capitalist republic. Socialism and Capitalism can exist in a balance. The problem is nobody wants balance anymore. They want all their team and fuck the other side.

They really can't, because the core and necessary condition for socialism is the abolition of capitalism. What you're thinking of as "socialism vs capitalism" is probably much closer to "social democracy vs. total laissez-faire."
