Bastian is injured? Blind's problem seemed like nothing serious.

Mou will most likely go with Fellaini and Carrick. I would love to see Fosu-Mensah given a chance though. With Herrera and Pogba not being available, we are missing two players capable of helping in defence and in attack and doing a lot of work across the pitch. Fellaini is a bit more one-dimensional than both of them and won't cover as much ground. Boro is on paper one of the easiest games that we are yet to play this season, so why not test Fosu there?

Never gonna happen, but would love to see Blind given a chance. He won player of the year in that position in the Eridivisie for goodness sake.
