We are soul essence incarnated into human bodies. Our soul consciousness is of a higher level than the physical level that we perceive. This is what we would call the 'Higher Self'. So we are definitely in a 'matrix' as Icke talks about. None of this is real beyond our PERCEPTION. Time is an illusion beyond our memory of it. These are all just aspects of how our brain regulates our experience. Death is nothing but a transition back to our native states of awareness.

There are also the inner senses that connect us to our true selves. Gregg Braden has done some really interesting research into how the heart, on a cellular level, is much like having another brain in our body. The electrical field around the heart is very intense. Nassim Haramein teaches about the energy fields around our body connecting like a fractal hologram to both micro and macro (cosmic) scales. We can all connect to God/Source/Universe. Even though the matrix is real, we can always connect to the truth beyond the matrix. To be 'in' it without being 'of' it.

All living things are all constantly moving upwards in consciousness together, back towards Source/God/Universe.

There is much manipulation on Earth since the fall of Atlantis, especially by reptilians and archons... We are in the process of waking up now to who we truly are. There are also many positive groups here waiting for us to be ready. We have to choose love and integrity over fear and hate. We have to see that everything is connected, and if we want to have a better reality then we must choose to make it happen. The people alive now are living in a legendary time.
