Shipping and Taxes

Siempo is calling on the world for support. We want to create a smooth experience for as many backers as possible. 

Shipping Notes:

+ US backers: the shipping total is inclusive of all fees. 

+ EU backers: the shipping total is inclusive of shipping and VAT. We will remit VAT on your behalf. The appropriate amount is included in the shipping total when you select your country from the dropdown. 

+ Rest of World backers: the shipping total is only inclusive of shipping. We will not collect and remit duties and other taxes on your behalf. You may be responsible for paying these upon receipt. Due to regulatory requirements in certain regions, we may need to refund you if there are not enough backers from your country.

Risks and challenges

Bringing a fully functional hardware + software product to market is no small endeavor, but we have a clear path to production and have de-risked many of the manufacturing pitfalls that tend to delay crowdfunded products. Our timeline is based on conservative estimates and our team is working hard to ship Siempo as early as possible. We will make our best effort to communicate any and all changes should they arise.
