I'm assuming you're over 18 and probably in college or just working. Look for a job further away, like the next county over. If offered the job start apartment hunting and roommate hunting. Then execute. Also, military if you are open to it. A third option would be to enroll in a college further away, like the next major city away or even the next state over (I'm assuming you're in the US) and stay in the dorm or do the same for an apartment there in that city. look for someone that needs a roommate...that way you don't need to have your own furniture first...just be careful, act quickly to get the money together but exercise caution in selection, you don't want to leave, and have to ask back in, that's no place to be

Throw away everything you don't absolutely need. I did this before my last move and was able to fit everything in a small uhaul
