The post in question.

So Hitler is just granted the bomb, and a delivery system in January of 1941. That’s fine—I mean, it’s the intent of the question—but can we acknowledge what’s happening here?
ICBMs don't exist yet, and neither do submarine nukes. London, the government center, and the industrial center of Birmingham, are the safe and sure bets, because they are reachable by V2
What? The V‐2 cost a tremendous amount of money and wouldn’t exist for years. It’s not any more realistic to put a five‐tonne bomb on a rocket that can only lift one tonne than it is to just give Hitler a Jupiter missile. Just say a wizard teleports the bomb to London if that’s what it takes to get the scenario rolling. Don’t pretend that “reachable by V‐2” is a thing.
[Stalin] can decide to start selling them oil, lots of oil, and make a lot of deutchmarks
Because there’s so much he can buy with those. /s
If [Stalin] blitzes the Germans, America will probably join the fight, at least to free Britain and France
America doesn’t do this after the atomic bombing of London??? It doesn’t seem like OP think the bomb would cow them; they’re just indifferent.
Russia may end up with no friends at all, and swallowed by a combo of the New Mongols and the European Germanic Empire
Well that’s taking “Asiatic hordes” more literally than most.
Germany can now start making jet fuel for it's next generation fighters that would not appear for another decade and a half in our world, and a Nazi flag may very well end up on the moon by 1959, not an American one in 1969.
What does this have to do with nukes? Getting a wizard to wipe London off the map doesn’t get you to the Moon any faster.
So now, realistically, we have a four way nuclear standoff(think 1984 kinda), and Germany is landing on the moon. Technology would be advancing much quicker now, due to necessity
The (real) Cold War: known for leisurely technological advance.
Also, someone never read *Nineteen Eighty‐Four.
I’ve just scratched the surface, but sorry, that’s all I can take.
