Tagalog is a language, not a dialect. Filipino is based on a dialect of Tagalog. They're both languages.

I don't get this. Firstly, Cavite doesn't even have the worst crime rate in CALABARZON. As for the traffic, I think only the northern half of the province has a traffic problem, which is not even as bad as NCR. Flooding? Literally half of the the province is 100 m and above (see Tagaytay, Indang, Silang, Mendez, Amadeo, most of Trece and Dasma, etc.) 90% (maybe more) of the province doesn't worry about flooding. I can't say anything about the corruption and drugs. Maybe it's that bad. I don't know. I don't have enough experience lol. I replied mainly because I objectively disagree with you and partially because I'm a salty Caviteño.
