How would you pronounce MGTOW in conversation? (self.MGTOW)

I always seem to pronounce it "em gee tow" for some reason, but in recent videos I've been watching on MGTOW they refer to it as "mig tow". I'm sure they're correct here, just curious how others would go about saying it (such as saying each of the letters or something).

I drop some red pills to them from time to time, but I think they might perceive it as a rationalozation for not being successful with women.
