I'm having difficulty gauging the overall sentiment of mgtow. Whilst it shouldn't matter to me why you're all here, I'm still interested. In short, is it a dislike/distrust of women? Hatred? Indifference? What brought you all here?

Sometimes it reads like people here believe there is some overarching evil-woman-conspiracy which is seeking to destroy the lives of everything it comes in contact with. Even going as far as labelling women 'energy vampires'? For me, at least, it's a case of not wanting much to do with women. The idea that a man needs a woman or to be concerned with women, else he's defective, is ridiculous to me. I want to improve myself. Sure I'm straight, undoubtedly, but emotional closeness to women is undesirable at the least and outright repulsive at its worst.

Tl;dr is mgtow anti-woman? pro-man? Or is it a general forum to voice male concerns absent of women, for whatever reason you're here?
