This is a problem with all media in my experience.

I can no longer watch anything fictional without getting "triggered" a dozen times by dumb behavior inspired by "love". I understand people who are still part of those thought processes really enjoy seeing such movies, but anyone with half a brain and decade of experience in the real world knows most movies and series are utter crap.

Even series that seem to mainly cater to male interests like The Walking Dead need to have storylines involving character drama to make the series interesting to women. Whatshername, after a long time still wanting to feel "loved". Hello? People are getting killed left and right... We have nothing to eat, no water. You are seriously telling me I need to talk to you more and cuddle with you? (Come to think of it: That shit is probably extremely realistic!)

Rick needs to "think" and examine his "feelings" before killing a zombie after he has already killed a hundreds in previous episodes. Of course, he can only just avoid getting eaten alive. Or Rick meets a woman who appears to be alone. Instead of tieing her up and taking her to his team, he follows her to her tent and is almost killed by the zombies there. It is ridiculous when you think about how a post-apocalytic zombie world would probably really work (think rape, killing without asking questions, not taking any risk et cetera)
