Both headlines push BBC approved narrative
With the first headline they push the narrative that US hates muslims and with the second one they push the narrative that Indians are sexual abusers.

The OP is making the impression the BBC is making different headlines for the same story but it's not.
Tanveer Hussain was denied entry to the US for unspecified reasons that could be racism and Islamophobia. People lobbied for him to come to US and succeeded. Then it seems he got a little too touchy-feely with a kid when he was there so the police is filed a case against him. I don't know of his guilt or lack of....
But the main thing is that there is no inconsistency in this reporting by the BBC except apparently according to OP. Making mountains out of molehills OP. Take a downvote.

It is fair to describe Tanveer as Indian.
The denial of his visa, had apparently nothing to do with his citizenship, but his religion. A headline like "Indian athelete denied US visa..." would have been inaccurate.
It must be hard for you trying to desperately find reasons to feel bad. Please find a better hobby or start reading more news
